📬 Say hello
Get in touch
One address, and it comes straight to me. There's no support queue here — it's a one-person business.
hello@numbercadets.com
I read every message and reply to almost all of them, usually within a day or two.
What people usually write about
- Something's broken. Tell me the grade and roughly where in the case it happened,
and I'll fix it. This is the most useful email you can send me.
- Billing, or cancelling. Just ask. I'd rather sort it out than have you fight a
form.
- Using it with a class. Happy to talk through how to run it in centers, on sub
days, or with early finishers.
- Privacy and your school's approval process. The free mysteries collect nothing at
all — no accounts, no names. Full detail on the privacy page,
and I'll fill in a district questionnaire if you need one.
- Writing about free math sites? See the about page. Short
version: the link for your readers is
mystery.numbercadets.com, and ask me for
screenshots or a blurb if it helps.
Who you're emailing
I'm Stuart. I taught, and now I make math and reading resources full-time — the printables
under Kiwiland Education, and Number Cadets and
Reading Cadets online. There's nobody else, so replies
come from me and sometimes take a day or two.
